Jerry Theis, LCSW is the Founder and President of Recovery Management & Wellness Consultants, LLC. Through a sub-contracted arrangement, he is the Service Director for the Kenosha County Comprehensive Community Services Program. Jerry is a faculty member and Co-Inventor/Vice President of Wellcoaches Corporation’s patent-pending Employee Assistance Coaching™ program. Jerry maintains a limited clinical practice as a psychotherapist and licensed wellness coach  http://wellcoaches.com/gerald.theis/. A former Vice President for a large hospital-based behavioral healthcare system and a private case management firm, Jerry designed integrated programs and continuous quality improvement initiatives in these healthcare venues. Under his leadership, Kenosha County Human Services implemented the first Evidence-based Practice program within a CCS program in Wisconsin that was followed by a publication of the desired outcome results. Jerry went on to create PRS™, an innovative patent-pending computer application designed to accommodate new mandates and proposed rules for Medicaid reimbursement.
